Mark McNairy New Amsterdam Spring / Summer 2012 menswear lookbook takes us on a wild ride. Embodying a schoolboy aesthetic, the collection's pop of whimsy comes from the zebra, leopard, and floral prints used throughout the collection. In fact, the camo with floral printing reminds me of a jacket I saw in this tiny little antique shop in Topanga Canyon - a vintage camo M65 that had floral embroideries all over it. A very, very fun and casual showing and of course, menswear could all use some humor - I'm particular interested in that McNasty tee!
