Photographer Matthew Brookes shoots Arthur Goose, Vinni Woolston, Julien Sabaud, Luka Badnjar, and Michael Vinant for a very chic black and white editorial for Numero Homme China.  Styled in garments from Yves Saint Laurent, Bottega Veneta, Givenchy and many others, the looks are killers.  Very outerwear focus...so it's perfect in my eyes.

So, I'm back in Asia again for work + Sorry for the lack of posts

Heya Friends and Readers,

Sorry for the lack of posts lately as it's been a bit of a crazy season at work with lots of traveling all around.  Currently, I'm on a 3 week trip to China and the UK for work (factories + partner meetings) having had less than a week back in states from another 2+ week trip.  I just wanted to touch base with you all to let you know that I'm still alive and so is STANDARD DEVIATION!

Thankfully, at least for the time being, I am staying at my favorite hotel in Shanghai with access to both my blog AND Facebook.  Thank you LANGHAM!  So, I will definitely be updating with a lot more posts.... that is, if I don't fall asleep while writing them.  Above photo from the Club Lounge at the Langham taken just now.  There, you have proof of my whereabouts.  Just don't stalk me.  :)

Anyhoo, just saying hi to you all and hope all is well.

Off to Asia Again + Follow us...Twitter + Facebook + Blog Lovin

So, I am off to Asia again for another work trip.  On the itinerary this time, mostly Shanghai and the surrounding areas + another really quick trip back to Taipei.  In fact, I'm writing this post from the Lounge at the Taoyuan airport while I'm sipping on some Yakult and eating braised beef noodle soup (don't ask me why, it's sort of become a traditions.  haha.  Gotta love the transfers.) But I'm only gone for 2 weeks this time, so you won't be missing me that much.

MANMADE NATURAL Fall / Winter 2012 Menswear Lookbook

Love these lookbook images form Chinese menswear label Manmade Natural for Fall / Winter 2012.  Fusing Chinese traditional aesthetic with an understanding of western clothing history and paintings, the collection is wonderfully crafted and oh so cool.    Below excerpt is from their website:
