Another great lookbook and collection from Swedish menswear line Obscur for Spring / Summer 2013. Designer Richard Soderberg takes inspiration from the beauty of the scandinavian landscape and his love of the dark. A bit Rick Owens, a bit Damir Doma, but 100% Obscur - I love it.
So, apparently I've been under a rock with ear plugs on because I completely missed this announcement. I blame my day job and the hours they have me working and traveling. :)
But, yes, as the title states, H&M is teaming up with MMM - Maison Martin Margiela (easily one of my favorites). Not going to lie....this has me pretty excited despite my recent sentiments about the quality at H&M. Style description: Fusion Of Several Car Coats - The video feature a sketch of one of the outerwear in the collection. I die a million margiela time over. Simple yet completely MMM.
Due in stores Nov. 15, 2012. This might be one collab for which I'll be willing to wait in line. JUST MAYBE.
I am a huge fan of Swedish brand V Ave Shoe Repair and their Fall / Winter 2012 Menswear runway got me in all the right places. Signature draping, deconstructed silhouettes, and strong conceptual vision results in masculine tailored looks inspired by the idea of X-Rays and the inner workings of the body. I want all it!
