N. Hoolywood Fall / Winter 2013 Menswear Runway

N. Hoolywood Fall / Winter 2013 menswear collection titled "LOST STAR" took inspiration from an unlikely source, Amelia Earhart!  Well, kind of.  The flight/aviator collection featured a supporting cast of training pilots and maintenance crews dressed in vintage-looking (20s and 30s) flight suits to bomber jackets and western shirts to pants tucked into knee high boots.  A very interesting collection modeled equally interesting "models".

Miharayasuhiro Fall / Winter 2013 Menswear Runway

Chunky knits, elegant embroidered wool suits, quilted python printed puffers, and mirrored photo graphics all come together for Miharayasuhiro's Fall/Winter 2013 Menswear collection.  A much more elegant collection than what I'm use to seeing from Miharayasuhiro but I'm loving it.  The layering of course is spot on and the layers of the textures such as embossed wools, velvet, silks with nylon and satin add such richness to the overall collection.
