Burberry Fall / Winter 2013 Menswear Runway + Video

In a season titled, "I Heart Classics", Christopher Bailey digs into the Burberry archives for Fall / Winter 2013 Menswear collection.  Outerwear and knitwear are definitely highlights (as with every collection from Christopher Bailey) and I am loving the pops of animal prints as well as the deep ox blood color. For all those doubters of leopard print in menswear... it's all over the place this season!

The quirk factor definitely came in the way of heart intarsia sweaters and the transparent rubber trench coats.  While this wasn't a collection I gushed over... it's a very easy-to-digest and very commercial showing.

Burberry Prorsum Fall / Winter 2012 Menswear = perfection.  It's not news that I'm a huge Burberry Prorsum/Christopher Bailey Fanboy...but look for yourself.  There is definitely a reason why I would be!

Tailored pieces for the contemporary gentleman with an excellent color palette and attention to detail, the collection remixes classic menswear staples and plays on outerwear proportions.  Gray as still a prominent color but really liking the touches of pop throughout.  Love the quirkiness as always - it gives the Burberry man a personality.
