Colcci Fall / Winter 2013 Menswear Runway

I don't know much about Brazillian menswear brand Colcci, but I do know I love what they are showing for Fall / Winter 2013 (reverse season S/S13).  Love the layering and the mixing of fabrics.  My favorites will have to be that jacquard wool overcoat and the leather yoke puffer.  Very fun yet chic use of patterns in the collection and colorblocking is still quite a strong statement.  

Definitely keep an eye out for them in the future.

Famous Artists Dissected for MASP Art School Ad Campaign

Just came across these ads for MASP Art School in Sao Paulo.  The concept is pretty brilliant - taking Dali, Van Gogh, and Picasso and showing them as dissection subject - combining my two favorite subjects: Art + Science (after fashion of course).  Showing the insides of each iconic artist in their respective famous art styles, these ads definitely caught my attention.  Clever, clever, clever!  Concepted by DDB Brazil - Love it.

Miro Moreira by Fernando Mazza

I love this editorial from photographer Fernando Mazza.  Featuring model/Brazillian Adonis Miro Moreira, the editorial takes a modern look at the modern Gladiator.  So much to love and to be inspired here.
