Tim Coppens Spring / Summer 2013 Menswear Runway
Tim Coppens takes inspiration from fighter pilots of the post-WWII era and takes it to a super modern place for his Spring / Summer 2013 collection. With an homage to the uniform, the looks featured key design concepts such as color blocking, slim cut minimalist silhouettes, and sleek finishes/fabrications. Harnesses were used as the perfect accessory and there's a theatrical quality to the collection that almost verges on costume-y but yet extremely wearable.
I love, love this re-interpretation of the pilot/military theme. Need everything + the harness.
