Dries Van Noten Spring / Summer 2012 Menswear runway makes me very happy. I've always thought of Dries Van Noten as a designer's designer because he is able to make these extremely cerebral designs seem effortless and thrown together. Texture on top of texture, matte and shine, luxe fabrication all play beautiful in a mostly dark color palette of beige, midnight blues, and blacks. Loving the pops of red and mustard to really spice up the collection.
This is a collection to study for all those wanting to go into menswear. There are just so many elements of perfection.
